it would be smart to meet at pinkard on sunday morning, work until 12, get lunch, go back and finish, and then have the rest of the evening off.

i suggest we meet at 10AM-10:30AM

on saturday we should prepare a list of things that we are installing, and also weed out the most unappealing of the drawings that we have done. perhaps even make a plan of how the pieces will be displayed on the wall?

Do we have access to the gallery on Sunday?
Has anyone talked to Danny? (the dude who is in there now)

I think we'll just need to think about installation when we're in there, it sort of hard to imagine everything.

Also I think we'll mos def need the WNKL VAN for at least the wind box so you know Peggy ask that kid. Or may be he reads this blog any ways.

bettina, maude, and i made a floor plan for the installation (minus the paintings/drawings) to make things go a little smoother, we have access to the gallery whenever since there are no doors, and i saw danny bringing in stuff to take down his show when i was working in there tonight.

i think we're the only ones who don't know about the schedule really, everything should be fine and set up for us to install on sunday, we just need to get pins, screws, etc. to hang stuff up.
