max told me about the royal art lodge a few weeks ago, but I just now came across their website. the royal art lodge was/is an art collective based out of winnipeg, canada who used to meet once a week to draw together for an evening. one of the founding members is Marcel Dzama, one of my favorite artists. I don't like writing so I won't go on, but you should all check out their website/wikipedia page... perhaps for ideas as to how to run a collective? thoughts?
